Concept

When a call terminates on the Core Module you will see a release reason displayed on the call history screen. This article lists common release reasons you may see and their explanation.

Curl Err: 18Web Responder - A file transfer was shorter or larger than expected.
Curl Err: 23Web Responder - An error occurred when writing received data to a local file.
Curl Err: 28Web Responder - Operation timeout. The specified time-out period was reached according to the conditions.
Curl Err: 7Web Responder - Failed to connect to host or proxy
DispatchedCall dispatched from Call Queue
Domain LimitThe call was blocked because its associated domain has exceeded the provisioned limit
Incompatible MediaThere is no compatible codec to support this call.
Invalid PINAn invalid PIN was entered.
Max RecordingThe call was disconnected by reaching the maximum allowed recording duration.
Message SentThe recorded message was sent.
302 MovedThe terminating destination is temporarily moved.  The terminating destination may have forwarding enabled on the phone.
No ACK TimeoutThe call was disconnected because the answer (i.e. 200 OK) was not acknowledged.
No AnswerThe was no answer from the termination side.
No Audio FileAn audio file needed to be played out cannot be found.
No Dial RuleThe dialing cannot be matched by any dial rule associated with the caller.
No digitDigit Collection timed-out before any digit was received.
No Orig MatchOrigination does match any defined Registrar or Connection entry.
No ResponseNo Response received from the forward leg.
No RouteNo defined route can be found for this call.
No SubscriberRequested Subscriber does not exist.
Not FoundThe intended termination cannot be found.
Orig: ByeCall was ended by a BYE from the origination side.
Orig: CancelCall was canceled by the origination side while the termination side was being rung but not yet answered.
RestartThe system restarted during the call.
Term LockedThe termination was disabled from service by the system administrator.
Term: 403The termination side forbids this call.
Term: 404The termination side reports Not Found.
Term: 480The termination side temporarily Unavailable.
Term: 481The termination side reports Call/Transaction Does Not Exist.
Term: 486The termination side is busy.
Term: 487The termination side reports Request Terminated.
Term: 503The termination side reports Service Unavailable.
Term: 603The call has been declined by the termination side.
Term: ByeCall was ended by a BYE from the termination side.
Term: Reg ExpiredRegistration is Expired on the termination side 
Time LimitThe call exceeded Time Limit.
TransferredThe call was transferred.
Wrong Orig IPOrigination IP is Wrong.
